  • 5 hours of in-person / on-site support per month
  • 10 hours of virtual support per month (via email, phone, and/or text message)
  • 4 hours of errands support per month
  • Call support 24 hours a day

Our Personal Concierge Membership is ideal for the on-the-go individual who needs support with errands, administrative tasks, calendar management, service provider management, and travel arrangements. This membership level includes weekly check-ins at the beginning and end of every week to ensure seamless operation.


2 hours a week with in-person residence visits that include, but are not limited to:

  • Call support 24 hours a day, and 2 hours per week of in-person residence visits that include, but are not limited to:
    • Vendor access to the home
    • Household supply replenishment
    • Package and mail pickup
    • Shipping services

Our Residence Concierge Membership is ideal for those with a busy household. This membership level includes two hours a week of in-person residence visits and 24-hour call support for activities such as providing access to service providers, replenishing supplies, package and mail pickup, and shipping services.

Additional fees may apply and are priced on a case-by-case basis. Examples of additional projects might include on-site training or management of litigation on behalf of a client. Please note that in addition to the above fees, there are ongoing costs, such as supplies, etc., which you will be responsible for funding.
